Evidence-aware facial wellness
ToneFace is a curated set of facial toning exercise charts — designed with anatomical accuracy, grounded in what the science actually says, and built to look beautiful on your wall.
"Most face yoga products either oversell what the science can't back up, or understate what it actually shows. We built ToneFace in the honest space between those two extremes."
We cite the JAMA Dermatology 2018 pilot, the 2025 systematic review, and the 2014 systematic review — with equal candor about what the evidence shows and what it doesn't. You get the full picture.
Every exercise includes step-by-step cues, target zones, rep guidance, and explicit stop/avoid rules. If something doesn't feel right, you have clear guidance. That's not a disclaimer — it's care.
Most charts use clip art. Ours uses anatomical illustrations — clean, accurate, respectful. It signals that we're serious. And it looks better on your wall than anything else in this category.
Gentle brow lifts and forehead releases targeting the frontalis and orbicularis oculi. Reduces tension patterns from screen time.
Circular motions and gentle presses around the orbital bone. Targets orbicularis oculi — the muscle most implicated in crow's feet development.
Zygomaticus and buccinator exercises to support midface fullness. Backed by the 2018 JAMA Dermatology findings on midface improvement.
Platysma and masseter releases for jaw tension and lower face definition. Particularly relevant for clenching and TMJ patterns.
Platysma stretches and cervical mobilizations targeting the often-neglected neck region. Full routine benefits from including this zone.
A sequenced combination of all zones — the practice for the end of the day. Guided by breath, anchored in tension release.

Our position
The 2018 JAMA Dermatology pilot found modest midface and lower face improvement after 20 weeks of consistent practice. The 2025 systematic review said the evidence base is still insufficient. Both are true, and both belong in the conversation.
ToneFace doesn't promise a facelift. It promises a structured, evidence-grounded daily practice that may support facial muscle tone, circulation, and tension release — and certainly supports the habit of caring for your face as part of your overall wellness routine.
That's a more honest product. We think it's a better one.
Systematic review found insufficient evidence for facial exercise and rejuvenation. We include this finding.
JAMA Dermatology pilot study — 20-week program showed measurable midface and lower face improvement. We highlight this too.
Newer systematic review again calls evidence insufficient, with region-specific improvements noted. Transparency is the product.
ToneFace sits between cheap printables and expensive subscriptions — a premium, evidence-grounded reference tool for people who want the real answer about facial exercise, not the marketing version.
